Fast pass plus fun

Well the issue with our magic bands has spilled over into my fast pass plus reservation for Be Our Guest for lunch. It is completely wiped out and gone. No one has been able to help me up until this point. I’ve been told by concierge at hotel, guest relations at Magic Kingdom and Be Our Guest that they can’t help. Im now with the Fast pass people and they are looking into it.
